Where do I go?

Please visit Will Call once doors to the venue are open. Envelope with your name will be available. Instructions for meeting time + location will be inside the envelope.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please have your photo ID and confirmation email ready.

Can I attend the Meet & Greet without purchasing a ticket to the show?

No, please purchase your ticket separately. Once you are inside the venue you will present your M&G confirmation at the merch booth.

Can I purchase a VIP Experience in person at the show?

All VIP tickets must be purchased online by 11:59PM the day before the show. 

Can I cancel my order?

All VIP purchases are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.
