Where do I go?

Please meet at Will Call an hour before doors open. 

Do I need to bring anything?

Please have your photo ID and confirmation email ready.

Can I attend the Meet & Greet without purchasing a ticket to the show?

No, please purchase your ticket separately. Once you are inside the venue you will present your M&G confirmation at the merch booth.

Can I purchase a VIP Experience in person at the show?

All VIP tickets must be purchased online before 12pm PST / 3pm EST the day of the show. 

Can I cancel my order?

All VIP purchases are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.
